How does this Service Work?
This service works in the following manner:

In case the Bank/Payment Entity does not respond or does not give a proper response, you need to contact the Expert one more time and the Expert will then proceed with the next step i.e., initiating the Complaint with the Reserve Bank of India under the Ombudsman Scheme.
