GENERAL (“Website”) is a digital property of AB SAV Business Solutions LLP (“AB SAV”), a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 having its registered office at 112 Nilachal Complex, 7th Row, Narendrapur, Kolkata - 700103. The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”/ “Company” individually and collectively refers to AB SAV and the terms “You” / “Your” / “Yourself”/ “Customer” refer to theUsers.

This Policy describes how we treat cancellations and refunds and other offline sources. By visiting and/or using our website, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We at AB SAV take pride in the services delivered by us and endeavour to provide you with our best efforts for the services that you have availed. We are constantly improving our service and support structure in order to serve you in the best possible way. However, in the event you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation or, provide a refund for the service that you have availed subject to the below mentioned terms and conditions.


Whenever any payment is made by you the customer on our platform, i.e., it is in the nature of a consultation fee paid in advance by you to us. During the entire duration of the engagement, we may charge additional fees such as Government Fees, Additional Consultation Fees for cross-purchase of services etc. depending upon the nature of the service availed and the payments made. In case of initiating a request for refund, the same would be made as per the below mentioned criterion subject to us retaining the Government Fees, Gateway Charges and GST amounts in all instances since that is a fee which is paid to third parties and the government ex-chequer which is beyond our control.

You are entitled to obtain a refund after requesting a cancellation as per the following parameters:

1) In case a cancellation request is initiated within 15 minutes of making payment: 100% of fees paid - (Excluding Gateway Charges, GST and, Government Fees already paid, if any).

2) In case a cancellation request is initiated after 15 minutes of making payment and before 7 working days: 0%.

3) In case a cancellation request is initiated due to no action on part of post 7 working days of service being availed - 100% of fees paid - (Excluding Gateway Charges, GST and, Government Fees already paid, if any).

4) In case a cancellation request is initiated post first interaction with customer whether via Phone Call, Email, SMS or other media: 0%

For the fourth scenario please understand that a lot of time and effort goes into allocating a resource to work on your specific request. Therefore, post the first interaction, we consider the amount paid by a customer to be a part of earned fees and therefore we are unable to refund you the same. You as the customer availing any service on our website i.e. agree to these terms.

Even under circumstances mentioned under the fourth scenario you are welcome to reach out to us at and we will conduct an analysis of your specific case and provide you with a partial refund if need be.


A request for initiating a cancellation and refund of the amount paid can done through either:

(a) A phone call at the number mentioned in the top bar.

(b) A message through our chat service on

(c) An email to our support team at

In all instances please mention the GIL Number of your service request. Otherwise we won't be able to issue you a refund, if eligible.


A change of service can be requested by a customer till the first contact is made by our team at with the concerned customer. Such requests need to be made by either sending us an email at or, using the chat service present on our website. In all instances please mention the GIL Number/Mobile Number associated with your service request.

In the event a service request modification is initiated by post first contact with our team with the customer, the same will be unilaterally handled at our end.

In all cases of change of service request, the customer will have to pay the additional fee associated with the change request/a refund will be initiated for any excess amount paid subject to us retaining the original amount paid towards Gateway Charges & GST which is paid to third parties and out of our control. You as the customer availing any service on our website i.e. agree to these terms.


We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular request. For instance, the other party may not reply to a Consumer Complaint notice or an RTI application may not get a reply from the Government. There may also be cases where due to a government backlog or problems with the government platforms (e.g. RTI Online website, GST Portal, FSSAI website etc.) can lead to long delays before your process is complete. Hence, delay in processing of your file by the Government cannot be a reason for refund.

Similarly there may also be instances where there government issued lockdowns, cellular and network blackouts, earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disasters, act of god, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott (each a "Force Majeure Event") due to which we may be unable to render timely service to your request.

Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this policy and therefore are not eligible for refund. AB SAV shall not be considered to be in breach of this policy or default under any terms of service and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations.
